Melbourne-based pop rock artist Bailey Judd has just revealed his third release of 2022 in the form of his funky new track ‘I Might Be Crazy’ – produced and mixed by the artist himself with keyboards from Jake Amy (Kaiit, Bumpy, Emma Volard)

‘I Might Be Crazy' is a hard hitting, funky stank-face jam borrowing synth and groove cues from Prince and Hall and Oates layered with junk percussion, distorted bass and Junos. This forms the vibrant base for the track's infectious melodies, as both Bailey’s vocals and the lead guitar playfully intertwine to create wholly memorable hooks.

Bailey talks about the inspiration behind ‘I Might Be Crazy’:

‘I Might Be Crazy' makes healthy relationships sound sexy - respecting boundaries and wishing the best for new and old lovers: “I won’t be chasing, I won’t be sitting waiting. It might seem crazy but it's healthy, baby.”

“I’m so tired of hearing the same f**k-boy, ghosting, bread-crumbing stories in the tinder age of dating (as well as being caught up in them) and wanted to balance the conversation. Sometimes things don’t workout because two people are in different places and that’s okay! Doesn’t mean you can’t hold a positive regard for them.”
